1. Purpose
This page describes how users, rights owners, companies, project owners, customers, software vendors or other affected parties can report unauthorized models, intellectual property concerns, unsafe listings, spam, fraud, abusive behavior or other misuse of LGSF Market.
2. What can be reported
Reports may involve copyright, trademark, design rights, trade secrets, confidential project files, unauthorized client designs, software-license restrictions, misleading marketplace listings, unsafe production claims, impersonation, spam, malware, harassment, privacy violations or attempts to access another user workspace without authorization.
3. Information to include
A report should include reporter name and contact information, the affected URL, model ID, listing ID or share link, a clear description of the issue, evidence of ownership or authority where relevant, the requested action and a statement that the information provided is accurate.
4. Copyright or IP complaints
For copyright or intellectual-property complaints, the report should identify the protected work, the material claimed to be infringing, information reasonably sufficient to locate the material, contact information for the complaining party, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized and a statement that the reporter is authorized to act for the rights owner where applicable.
5. Source-file and software-license concerns
If the report concerns a file allegedly exported, copied, converted or re-exported in violation of a third-party software license, EULA, subscription term, client contract or project owner restriction, the report should identify the source concern, the relevant restriction if known, the affected model or listing and the reason the reported use may be unauthorized.
6. Platform review actions
LGSF Market may review, disable, restrict, preserve, investigate, request proof of rights, suspend sharing, suspend marketplace listings, restrict downloads, preserve logs, contact the uploader or take other action depending on the report, severity, evidence, legal risk, user history and platform terms.
7. Counter-response and dispute handling
Where appropriate, the affected user may be asked to provide ownership evidence, client authorization, source software license confirmation, commercial-use authorization or other documentation. LGSF Market is not required to resolve engineering, ownership, contract or license disputes before taking temporary risk-control action.
8. False or abusive reports
Submitting false, misleading, abusive or bad-faith reports may result in rejection of the report, account restriction, preservation of records or other enforcement action. Reporters should only submit claims they are authorized to make and should avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for review.
9. Contact channel
The production platform should provide a dedicated report form or legal contact channel for abuse and intellectual-property complaints. Backend implementation should capture reporter information, affected URLs or IDs, evidence attachments, timestamps, IP address, action review and review status.
