Common questions

Can users upload without an account?

Yes. Guest users can upload 1 IFC file for quick browser preview. The preview link is temporary and expires after 1 hour. Guest users do not get long-term storage and cannot export CNC/PDF/DXF/XLSX production output.

Are source IFC files published automatically?

No. The platform is designed around user-controlled workspaces. Source files, detailed model data, sharing links and marketplace publishing remain under user control.

Do registered plans include file exports?

Every registered plan, including Free Viewer, includes CSV, XML, PDF, DXF and XLSX exports. There are no export credits to buy. Monthly upload limits and supported model and output formats still apply. Guest users cannot export files.

Why are monthly plans more expensive than yearly plans?

Monthly plans are for short-term use, so they cost more and give fewer uploads per month. Exports follow uploads, so nobody can buy one month and mass-export CNC/PDF/DXF files.

Can LGSFMarket export CNC files for Chinese and Western machines?

Yes, when the machine supports the configured CSV/XML output profile or a custom format has been set up. FRAMECAD proprietary formats are not supported by default.

Does LGSFMarket provide structural engineering certification?

No. LGSFMarket supports review, classification, frame editing and production-output preparation from IFC files. Users remain responsible for structural engineering, professional approval and final production checks.

Can limits be adjusted for a production team?

Yes. Business users can buy extra uploads, extra seats, storage and custom machine formats. Enterprise is available for high-volume quota, API, SLA, dedicated workspace and custom workflow.

Does marketplace publishing export files automatically?

No. Marketplace publishing must be user-controlled. The owner decides whether to publish a design, share a preview, sell a package or allow production-output access.
