Terms of Use
These terms define the rules for account access, platform use, IFC upload, processing, sharing, marketplace activity, user responsibilities and service limitations.

1. Binding agreement and acceptance
By creating an account, uploading content or otherwise accessing LGSF Market, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service scope
LGSF Market is a SaaS platform for viewing, processing, converting, exporting, sharing and enabling transactions involving user-provided IFC and CFS/LGSF model data. The platform is a tooling and software layer; it is not a building authority, an engineering authority or a fabrication approval service.
3. Account eligibility and security
You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by employees, contractors, collaborators, invitees, agents and anyone using your credentials. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Age, account names and profile information
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Account names and profile information must not be misleading, infringing or offensive, and may be moderated.
5. Uploads and content rights
You retain ownership of the IFC and model content you upload. You grant LGSF Market the limited rights needed to store, process, render, preview and present that content for the workflows you choose. You are responsible for holding the rights required to upload and share it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt to breach platform security, scrape at scale, or misuse sharing, embedding or marketplace features.
7. Sharing, embedding and publishing
Private uploads stay private until you act. Share links, embeds, Lobby previews and Market listings are controlled actions that you initiate, and their visibility depends on the option you select.
8. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can change tier or cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGSF Market is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding period.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be surfaced in-product, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
