Upload Terms
These terms describe what you confirm when uploading IFC and CFS/LGSF content, how uploads are processed and shared, and the responsibilities that come with publishing.

1. Scope of upload terms
These terms apply specifically to IFC and CFS/LGSF content you upload, in addition to the general Terms of Use. They describe what you confirm when you upload and how your content is handled.
2. Rights and ownership
You confirm that you own or are authorized to upload, preview, process and share the content, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.
3. Processing and previews
Uploaded files are processed to generate browser-ready previews, review data and exports. Source files are not published automatically and remain under your control.
4. Visibility and sharing
Uploads start private. You decide whether to keep an asset private, create a temporary share link, publish a Lobby preview or prepare a Market listing.
5. Prohibited content
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or confidential third-party content you are not permitted to share. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
6. Storage limits and expiry
Guest uploads are temporary and may expire automatically. Member, Supporter and Sponsor plans provide larger limits and long-term workspace storage.
7. Responsibility for accuracy
Previews and extracted data are provided to support review. You remain responsible for professional verification before fabrication or production use.
